Inventronics has announced the release of a broad array of 75W/150W Class II constant current LED drivers for LED lighting applications. EUC-075S070DD/SD and EUC-150S070DDA/SDA respectively offer a full load efficiency of 90% and 92.5%. These two products both operate over a 90-305Vac input range and provide excellent power factor correction (0.99 at 120V and 0.95 at 220V). Both EUC-075S070DD/SD and EUC-150S070DDA/SDA are approved to CE, EMF, ENEC and CB’s standard.
The high efficiency of these drivers enables the products to run cooler, significantly improving reliability and extending product life. The lifetime of these two drivers is respectively calculated at about 118,000 hours and 124,000 hours when operating at 80% load with a case temperature of 60°C.
EUC-075S070DD/SD and EUC-150S070DDA/SDA are the Class II products with double insulation, which are positioned for the street and area lighting projects where the justification is based on lower maintenance costs. In order to insure trouble-free operation in these applications, these two products also feature robust lightning protection as well as over-voltage, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection. The rugged aluminum housing is IP67 rated allowing for use in indoor and outdoor applications.
