The International Fair of Lighting Equipment (LIGHT) is not only the largest branch lighting trade event in Central and Eastern Europe, but also the only industry event in Poland that combines the presentation of the latest products with the training concept.
Poland is poised to become a new growth engine for global lighting manufacturers and LIGHT is becoming increasingly important. The fair will run concurrently with the International Trade Show of Electrical Equipment and Security Systems offering a one-stop sourcing convenience for an integrated range of products and services that will attract a wide range of visitor profiles.
13,000+ visitors attended the event in 2019 to discover the latest products, innovations and trends being shown by over 400 exhibitors from Poland, European Union countries, Ukraine, Turkey, China, India, Algeria and Russia.
They will have two themed zones in 2020:
- The Open Interior by Justyna Smolec – is a space open to conversations about conscious design, which brings usability and timeless value. This is the place where the product is shown, its functionality and application. Each subsequent edition of the Open Interior prepared by the architect Justyna Smolec takes place under the slogan that touches current trends and tendencies in interior design using lighting.
- Lighting Zone of Public Areas – is an exhibition and training zone, dedicated to local government units, as well as to municipal utilities dealing with lighting of cities and streets. Organized jointly with the Association of Rural Municipalities, it is one of four areas devoted to municipal investments. In addition to the Public Area Lighting Zone, the following areas will also be available: Electromobility Zone, RES Zone, and Building Automation Zone.
