Lighting Trends at LFI 2017
Hanghzou, China

Light Fair International took place in Philadelphia this year on May 9-11th and I’m sure everyone is still recovering from their trip and working hard to contact new customers. If you didn’t get to attend this year, or you were too busy to explore all the exciting and new trends; here are the top 3 takeaways from the show:

1. Controls
A continued theme is the increasing use of controls to create integrated systems in all types of applications; from indoor retail to outdoor streetlights and everything in between. What remains clear is that there is no “perfect” solution so the flexibility of the Inventronics Controls Ready drivers is a valuable feature set for the market.

2. LED System Efficacy
Many companies demonstrated systems over 150 lm/w. Improved efficacy offers luminaire manufacturers many options to optimize for cost, size, intensity, etc. As efficacy continues to improve it is important to have an LED driver partner that can offer a wide variety of products. Inventronics has over 2,000 parts to choose from that provide our customers a breadth of products to address their applications today and in the future.

3. High Power Applications
With the increased use of LED technology in sports lighting and the emergence of a strong horticulture market, more customers are seeking high power drivers, including those with high voltage inputs. With LED drivers up to 600W, Inventronics is well positioned to support these applications.

Inventronics is excited to offer an extensive product line that ties into these rising trends and continues to expand their offering to provide you with the solution you need.
