For the entire life cycle of your luminaire, from development to service, Tuner4TRONIC is providing you with the right software tools to manage your product.
Starting from the client’s idea translated into the right configuration for the LED driver in the luminaire by the developer, the data is accessible for the manufacturing workflow to be downloaded to program each individual product. Once at the installation site, installation staff can realize fine-tuning or modifications with the easy-to-use Tuner4TRONIC mobile app. Maintenance and service technicians can also use this app to monitor the luminaire’s status, upload revised settings created by the luminaire maker or replace drivers with a clone by simply copying data from the original LED driver.
Light levels, luminaire performance, permission settings and application data can be defined and monitored to extract the maximum value from our award-winning OSRAM OPTOTRONIC LED driver products. Tuner4tronic 360° approach
1. Tuner4TRONIC Configurator
Tuner4TRONIC Configurator* is a browser based application on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Tuner4TRONIC Configurator allows creating production files with parameter settings – e.g. output current, operating mode, dim profiles – that can be uploaded to LED drivers with Tuner4TRONIC Production.
*Tuner4TRONIC Configurator can be used without limitations in public mode. OSRAM customer implementing password protection in LED drivers are recommended to apply for an access key to a private work space in the cloud by mail to t4tsupport@inventronicsglobal.com to avoid data leakages.
2. Tuner4TRONIC Production
Tuner4TRONIC Production is a WINDOWS based application to program LED drivers by uploading production files created with Tuner4TRONIC Configurator. Tuner4TRONIC supports DALI and NFC programmer hardware interfaces.
Tuner4TRONIC SimpleCurrent is a WINDOWS based application supporting migration from current programming via LEDset to NFC. No production files required with Tuner4TRONIC SimpleCurrent. Tuner4TRONIC SimpleCurrent will be installed automatically when installing Tuner4TRONIC Production.
3. Tuner4TRONIC Field App
Tuner4TRONIC Field App is a smart phone app to read and program LED drivers in the installation, e.g. uploading production files, fine trimming settings and profiles or reading diagnostic data. The copy & paste feature speeds up LED driver replacements.
Tuner4TRONIC Production & Tuner4TRONIC Configurator
Use Tuner4TRONIC Production & Tuner4TRONIC Configurator to analyze and update LED driver data in production or installation. Data from LED drivers can be donwloaded by Tuner4TRONIC Production, imported and edited in Tuner4TRONIC Configurator and finally uploaded again into the LED driver. In a DALI network LED dirvers can be accessed individually by their DALI short address.
